Our International Culinary and Enterprise Challenge (BritCA), was established in 2009 with a partnership between Great Britain and California.

It has now expanded to feature Hospitality, Science, Food Development, Enterprise, Design and Packaging students from London; Pasadena, Fresno, California; Puebla, Mexico; Sao Paolo, Brazil; and Marseille, France.

Skills Republic CR operates the Marseille office of the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust (WSET) – We are the accredited delivery and examination centre in the South of France.

Our clients include hotel and restaurant employees and individuals drawn from a wide geographical area bordering the Mediterranean. Skills Republic delivers training and development programmes in Wine and Spirits, Food and Wine matching, Barista, associated Sales and Guest Services for deluxe Hotels and Restaurants.
